Monthly Performance Review

A monthly check on your numbers, your targets and what you agreed to do.

Each month you get your management report and KPI dashboard, then a 60-minute review with me. We compare results with your targets, agree up to three actions and check progress on last month\'s. It suits any owner-managed business, and the scope follows what your business needs. Every engagement starts with a Revenue Growth Review.

How it differs

The monthly rhythm that keeps the plan alive.

The Monthly Performance Review keeps you on track against your targets. Many owners move to it after the three-month Growth Partnership, and it also suits businesses that want a monthly check straight after their review. The scope depends on what your business needs.

It is a regular review, not hands-on strategy work. When you want senior direction on sales, pricing and growth initiatives, the Growth Partnership is the way to do that.

Questions

Do I have to start with a Revenue Growth Review?

Yes. The review gives us both a full view of your business before you commit to a monthly fee. It also sets the targets the monthly review checks you against.

How is this different from the Growth Partnership?

The Monthly Performance Review is a regular check on your numbers, targets and agreed actions. The Growth Partnership is a three-month programme with senior input on sales, pipeline and strategy. Many owners do the partnership first and then move to the monthly review.

Does it depend on the size of my business?

No. The scope follows what your business needs, and the price starts from the monthly fee shown. If your business needs more, I agree the scope and fee with you before anything changes.

When would I need an add-on?

When a bigger decision comes up between monthly reports. For example, a new hire, a large contract, a price change, a vehicle or a loan application. I quote each one before I start, so you know the fee before any work begins.

Is there a minimum term?

No, unless we agree one in your engagement letter. Either of us ends the service with 30 days' notice.

Where do you work?

I am based in the UK and work remotely by video call, so I work with business owners wherever they are. I do not hold in-person meetings.

Will you replace my accountant?

No. Your accountant keeps doing year-end accounts and tax. I use their work and add the monthly view, the analysis and the commercial advice.

Every engagement starts with a review.

The Revenue Growth Review shows us both where the business stands. Then you decide what support you need.
