Revenue Growth Review

Find out where your next revenue opportunity could come from.

A practical commercial diagnostic for established businesses. See which work makes you money, where enquiries are slipping away and what to change first, then leave with a clear plan.

What the review examines

Eight areas, one clear picture.

Ongoing implementation is optional and separately priced. The review stands on its own.

  • Revenue trends and performance
  • Lead generation and enquiry management
  • Sales conversion and quotations
  • Pricing and profitability
  • Revenue forecasting
  • Customer retention and repeat business
  • Commercial KPIs
  • Processes, systems and responsibility for each stage

Before the review

“I have loads of numbers, but I do not really know what they mean.”

After the review

“I know what drives my business, what needs fixing, which numbers to watch and what to do in the next 90 days.”
What makes you money
Which products, services and customers make you money, and which cost you money.
What needs fixing
Your prices and costs, with the biggest wins first.
What waiting costs you
How much money you lose over the next 12 months if nothing changes.
What to do next
A simple plan for the next 90 days, with three to five things to do, in order.

What you get

Seven things you leave with.

In plain English. Behind it sits a full margin, pricing and cost analysis of your business.

  1. 01

What each change is worth to you

Every change comes with a pound figure. For example, how much more you keep each year if delivery costs come down.

  2. 02

    Which work makes you money

For each product, service or type of customer: does it make you money, or cost you money?

  3. 03

    Whether your prices are right

When you last raised them, how they compare with what the work costs you, and what to charge.

  4. 04

    Where money is slipping away

Costs that bring nothing back, each with a pound figure.

  5. 05

What it costs to change nothing

How much money you lose over the next 12 months if things stay as they are.

  6. 06

    Your 90-day plan

Three to five things to do, in order, and why each one matters.

  7. 07

    Your report, walked through

A 60-minute session where I take you through the findings, with a written report and 90-day plan for you to keep.

The process

Four steps. About two weeks.

  1. Step 1

    Discovery form

    About 15 minutes

You answer questions about what you sell, who buys, your prices and your costs. Rough figures are fine.

  2. Step 2

    Your report

    Within days

I build your report from your answers and note anything I need to check.

  3. Step 3

    Clarification call

    20 minutes, where needed

We confirm the details that matter before the report is finished.

  4. Step 4

    Walkthrough

    60 minutes

I take you through what I found and we agree your 90-day plan. Your written report and plan are yours to keep.

After the review

The review ends with your 90-day plan. The natural next step is a three-month Growth Partnership, where we put that plan into action together. After that, a Monthly Performance Review keeps you on track.

Questions

What does the review cover?

Revenue trends, how enquiries are handled and quoted, sales conversion, pricing and profitability, forecasting, repeat business, the KPIs worth tracking, and the processes and systems behind them. You get a written report and a 90-day plan.

How much does it cost?

From £995, as a one-off fixed fee with no VAT. Larger or more complex businesses are quoted after a short conversation, so you know the fee before any work starts.

How long does it take?

About 15 minutes of your time for the discovery form, a short call if anything needs checking, and 60 minutes for the walkthrough. We aim to hold the walkthrough within 10 working days of receiving your form.

Do I need to change my accountant?

No. Your accountant keeps doing your year-end accounts and tax returns. I work alongside them and use the same numbers.

Are you an accountant?

I hold a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance. I am not a chartered accountant, and I do not prepare statutory accounts or tax returns.

What do you need from me?

Honest answers on the discovery form. Rough figures are fine to start. If something needs a closer look, I ask for it on the clarification call.

What if my numbers are a mess?

Messy numbers are part of the work. The review tells you what to fix first, and a clean set of figures is often the first priority.

What happens after the review?

You keep your written report and 90-day plan and are able to act on them yourself. Many owners then start a three-month Growth Partnership, where we put the plan into action together, and later move to a Monthly Performance Review. There is no obligation to continue.

How do I pay?

By card when you send the discovery form, for the fixed fee shown. The fee is paid before the work starts. There is no VAT. If your business is larger or more complex, I confirm the fee with you first.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. I sign a non-disclosure agreement on request. Your answers are used only for the review. Files are stored securely and kept for six years after our work ends, then deleted.
