How much does a Revenue Growth Review cost?

A Revenue Growth Review costs from £995. There is no VAT. It is a fixed fee, paid by card when you send the discovery form, and larger businesses are quoted individually.

What the fee covers

You complete a discovery form of about 15 minutes. It asks what you sell, who buys, your prices and your costs. Rough figures are fine.

From your answers I build a written report. It shows which products, services and customers make you money and which cost you money, whether your prices are right, where money is slipping away and what it costs you over 12 months to change nothing. Each opportunity carries a pound figure.

You then get a 60-minute walkthrough of the findings, and a 90-day plan with three to five actions in order. The report and plan are yours to keep.

What the fee does not cover

It does not include bookkeeping, statutory accounts or tax returns. I am not an accountant and your own accountant carries on as before.

It does not include build work such as funnels, CRM set-up or custom platforms. Those are scoped and quoted separately, after discovery, so you agree the price before any work starts.

What it costs after the review

Most owners choose between acting on the plan themselves and continuing with support. The Monthly Performance Review is from £495 a month. It adds a monthly report, a KPI dashboard against your targets, a 12-month cash view and a 60-minute review with up to three agreed actions.

The Growth Partnership is a three-month engagement from £1,500 a month. It adds a 90-minute strategy session each month and defined support between sessions. It starts after a review, because the review is the evidence the plan is built on.

Is the fee worth it?

That depends on what the review finds, and I do not guarantee a result. The test I suggest is simple. The report puts a pound value on each opportunity before you decide to act on any of them, so you weigh the fee against those figures with the evidence in front of you.
