What happens after a Revenue Growth Review?

You keep your written report and 90-day plan and act on them yourself. If you want help carrying the plan out, there are two options: the Monthly Performance Review for a monthly check on numbers and actions, or the three-month Growth Partnership. There is no obligation to continue.

Option 1: act on the plan yourself

The plan lists three to five things to do, in order, and why each matters. Many owners start with the first one in the following week. Nothing further is needed from me.

Option 2: the Monthly Performance Review

From £495 a month. A monthly report from your accounting software, a KPI dashboard against the targets set in the review, a 12-month cash view and a 60-minute performance review with up to three agreed actions. It keeps a regular check on the numbers so the plan does not drift.

Option 3: the Growth Partnership

A three-month engagement from £1,500 a month. It adds a 90-minute strategy session each month, a written summary of agreed actions, a pipeline scoreboard and defined support between sessions. It is advisory. Hands-on build work is scoped and quoted separately.

What I do not promise

I do not guarantee revenue growth, lead volumes or a return on spend. I give a clear plan, regular review and honest advice. Results depend on the business acting on the plan.

Related questions

Is there any obligation to continue after the review?

No. The review stands on its own. You keep the report and plan whatever you decide.

Do I need a review before the Growth Partnership?

Yes. The review diagnoses where growth is stuck and gives a shared 90-day plan, so the partnership starts from facts and not guesses.

Who does any systems or build work?

Where the plan needs a funnel, CRM or other system, I scope and quote it separately and agree who delivers it before it starts.
